Due to our exclusive productions, we offer you, IF POSSIBLE, an exchange.



Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


To make a return, you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase.


There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted:


* Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or has some parts missing for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.


* Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will email you to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable):


If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact the issuing entity of your credit card or bank, as there might be a delay before your refund is officially posted.


Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

For sale items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.

Exchange (if applicable):


We only replace an item if it is defective, not the correct size, or

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.


Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your product

exchanged may vary. If you are shipping an item valued over $ 75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance.


We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping to Canada

  • For any order confirmed before 3:00 p.m., from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), the ordering including only products will generally be sent from 2 to 4 days and within the limit of available supplies.

  • Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage costs are additional.

  • Particular care is taken in the packaging of your items. However, we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by the carrier.

  • Deliveries are handled by Canada Post and include all of their available shipment ranges.
